About our Founder
Vernon Powell CA, MAICD
Founder and Principal
Vernon is a former partner of Deloitte. After leaving Deloitte, he became Group CFO of Paymentshield, a specialist insurance business. Following significant growth and stellar profit improvement the business was sold.
Vernon then co-founded Lomond Capital. Lomond is an innovative business roll-up in the property services sector. It has completed over 30 acquisitions to date and expanded rapidly across 6 major cities.
Vernon is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Company Directors, and holds certification from Microsoft for its Power BI data intelligence system.
He has served as non-executive director on the boards of several companies.
